Today felt like a roller coaster.....

UP: had a belly dance gig at a cultural festival in downtown Allentown, I think we may have been the only white people there, but it was awesome and so much fun, and we were well received, and may get some new jobs from this experience, so we were all on a high!

Down: on the way from the cultural festival to get something to eat, a woman ran a red light and hit Amala's car, with us inside.....
the car is a mess, had to be towed. Amala was a mess, understandably upset, since the car is brand new...and the lady that hit her had no license, had kids in the car in no car seats, which she tried to hide from the police by sending the kids to the street corner to stand... and it wasnt even her car, it was her brothers, and we dont know if there is any insurance.....Luckily no one was hurt, and the lady admitted fault. Plus the dozens of people who came forth as witnesses.....

UP: I had another date with the "boy". This is date number 3, we went to eat middle eastern food, which he had never had before, but I knew the restaurant owner, and he spoiled us with attention and some free samples..... then we came home and chatted and watched TV until SNL came on and then laughed ourselves silly! lol
We had a great time cuddling on the sofa, the dogs actually let us have the sofa! lol

dont want any more downs........

And I will tell you, being dressed in belly dance clothes in the middle of Allentown is not the best thing to be! lol But the police were amused! lol They were very attentive, to say the least! We asked if they thought we were hookers....they said no, we were a lot cleaner than hookers!

And thanks to my Dad who came and picked up the damsels in distress, and delivered them home.....
And now, the boy has just left to go home, we both need some sleep, and perhaps we will get together tomorrow to do some walking in the park again! lol YES!!!!

All in all a very eventful day!
